 T_M_X Studio is an interdisciplinary architecture, research and art studio based in Brussels and founded by Tom Maindiaux. The studio’s work aims to push the boundaries of traditional architecture and explore innovative approaches to the construction of spaces in order to discover profoundly human & singular answers. While reconfigurating existing spaces and matters, the studio reveals latent potential and build new realities that enhance the physical and living environment.  Its practice involves various forms of knowledge and a broader range of mediums and collaborations, combining the fields of design, philosophy, research, sciences, ecology...


Tom Maindiaux is graduated engineer-architect from UCLouvain.
He also holds a philosophy certificat from the same university.  
In 2025 he started his own practis.
He currently works as an independent architect.
